The complex is located close to many attractions. On the long sandy beach you can enjoy the sea and sand, swim, windsurf and other water sports. The beaches of Sitia have been awarded the Blue Flag of the EEC.    And in one of the coastal taverns or restaurant you can pay tribute to traditional Cretan dishes.  

 3 storey building.  The first floor combines cozy living rooms with a fireplace and work area. A fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area are located on the same floor, separate from the living room.

The spacious bedroom with a king size bed is located on the second floor. From the bedroom you can enjoy an amazing view of the indescribable beauty of the bay of Sitia. On the same floor there is a bathroom with hydromassage. Wooden steps lead to the bedroom on the third floor with a double wooden bed, a lovely terrace and two sun loungers.  The bedroom offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea, sunset, city and surrounding landscape.

In front of the building there is a swimming pool with an area of 30 sq.m. and marble benches.

The gardens are decorated with natural stones and sea stones.

On a total area of 900 square meters you will find palm trees, Cretan herbs, fragrant flowers, native plants, lawns and rock gardens, a collection of cacti and herbs that grow in the region. Well-designed night lighting also creates a relaxing atmosphere and helps you enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation.
